Teacher Note:
Hello, 4th-grade families! Please note that you can customize these toolbox orders so you do not need to order everything exactly as listed here. We do ask that you provide the required items as listed. The items listed as optional are completely flexible. For example, if you have school supplies at home that would reasonably replace an item, then it is totally fine to use. If you already own a kid-friendly thesaurus and dictionary at home, you may use that instead of the one in the toolbox. We would also like 4th graders to have access to some basic art supplies, so we included a few in the "Optional Items" section. If you have scissors and/or glue at home, then there is no reason to order these items unless you want your child to have their own. Cleaning supplies are also a classroom necessity that we will be grateful for at any point in the year, as they help keep our spaces tidy and sanitized throughout the school year. These items are also optional, but we do encourage you to send in supplies of this nature for general classroom use. Teamwork makes the dream work!
