The following items are required, but not included in the kit: 9x12 Strathmore drawing pad, Micron drawing pens, backpack, lunch box, and refillable water bottle. These items should be "non commercial." - free of team names, characters, cartoons, logos, or wording. Generic animals, flower prints, etc. are acceptable. All rhetoric students will also need a commonplace book which is not included in this kit. The commonplace book is a journal for students to collect quotes and sketches. They should choose something they like to use and wish to keep, lined or unlined. Moleskin, Leuchtturm, and leather bound notebooks are popular choices, but durable cardboard/paper is also acceptable. Most students choose a mid-sized notebook (A5) for portability.
