Teacher Note:

The following items are required, but not included in the kit: VOL maroon folder (included in supply fee), rest mat with blanket and pillow attached labeled with child's name (available in VOL cafeteria on August 6th if needed), school bag large enough for rest mat and folder, change of clothes (complete set in gallon bag), non-spill sippy cup, 1 pack of disposable bowls, 1 can disinfectant spray, and 3 containers of baby wipes (Huggies or Pampers - sensitive preferred).
***$30.00 Supply/Activity fee per student will be collected on the first day of school.***
Please put in an envelope labeled with your child's name and teacher.

Children still in diapers/Pull-ups: pack of diapers/Pull-ups with Velcro sides, pack of baby wipes, compact changing pad, and rash ointment, if needed.

Students may be asked to replenish supplies at the teacher's request throughout the year.
